Legal
Rules for using imgtree.co and the imgtree API.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of imgtree and any related APIs or tools.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use imgtree.
imgtree provides image hosting: guest uploads, optional accounts, albums, share links, embed codes, and programmatic upload via API keys.
Features, quotas, and limits may vary by deployment and may change over time.
You may not upload, link, or distribute content that:
We may remove content, suspend accounts, block traffic, or cooperate with authorities when required by law.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant imgtree a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the service (including generating thumbnails and public URLs you choose to expose).
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and share your content.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API secrets confidential. Do not embed secrets in public client-side code.
Storage quotas, rate limits, and feature availability may change. We aim to avoid surprising breakage for fair use but do not guarantee unchanged limits.
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, permanent URLs, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You should maintain your own backups of important files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, imgtree and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of this deployment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Uploads are back to normal. Sorry for the brief outage.
