• Is malware, spam infrastructure, or intended to harass or exploit
• Is sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery

We may remove content, suspend accounts, block traffic, or cooperate with authorities when required.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API secrets confidential. Quotas, features, and pricing may change; we will try to avoid surprising breakage for fair use.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uptime, permanence of URLs, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should keep your own backups of important files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, imgtree and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
